Our Active  model was designed to provide biomechanical support & alignment for casual shoes, sneakers & work boots. Due to the rear foot post it provides a high level of pronation control and in addition with the 1/3" (3mm) breathable low memory cushion it is especially suitable for activity.

Sizing:
We make orthotic inserts, not insoles. What matters biomechanically for your foot is the length of the FirmFlex™ core, not the overall length. The FirmFlex™ core should match foot arch length, overall length should match shoe interior to prevent moving and sliding.

All our inserts are made to a generic shoe size and need to be trimmed slightly to fit the specific shoe they are worn in. Even for the same shoe size, inside shoe dimensions vary from shoe brand to brand. To make sure our products have "enough material" to cover every shoe, we purposely make them a bit longer than the shoe size stated. If you bought them for your correct shoe size but they appear too long when trying to place them, DO NOT EXCHANGE for a smaller size. They are correct but need to be trimmed with scissors. This will not damage the performance.

Maintenance:
Wash with soap, warm water and a brush every 2 months. Air-dry overnight.
